Good to Know

How many people can an igloo accommodate?
Each igloo accommodates up to 6 guests. Your reservation is for the entire igloo, not per person.

Is the igloo heated?
Yes! Our igloos are heated, but the Christkindlmarkt is an outdoor winter event, so we still recommend dressing warmly.

Are drinks included?
Yes. Each igloo includes complimentary hot cocoa and Glühwein for up to 6 guests. Both will be waiting for you in self-serve pump pots inside the igloo, along with disposable cups.

Can we bring food into the igloo?
Absolutely! We encourage you to visit our Christkindlmarkt food vendors, grab something delicious and bring it back to enjoy inside your igloo.

Can we stay longer if no one is booked after us?
Reservations are limited to the time slot booked. This allows our Markt elves time to clean, restock and prepare the igloo for the next group.

Can I bring my pet into the igloo?
We love our four-legged friends, but we kindly ask that pets remain outside the igloos. Service animals are always welcome.

Can I reserve more than one igloo?
Each online booking reserves one igloo. If you would like to reserve multiple igloos, please complete a separate reservation for each one.

What happens if there is bad weather?
The Christkindlmarkt is an outdoor winter market and operates in most winter weather. If the Markt must be canceled due to severe weather or other circumstances, reservation holders will be contacted.
