The Beardstown Christkindlmarkt is seeking vendors to join us for this year’s festive outdoor holiday market. Inspired by traditional German Christmas markets, our Christkindlmarkt features charming wooden chalets, twinkling lights, seasonal food and drink, and unique handcrafted goods. We welcome artisans, makers, food vendors, and specialty retailers who offer high-quality, festive, or European-inspired products that help create a magical small-town Christmas experience. This is a wonderful opportunity to showcase your products, connect with the community, and be part of a beloved holiday tradition in Beardstown.

The Beardstown Christkindlmarkt is a festive outdoor winter market. Vendors should be prepared for cold temperatures and varying weather conditions throughout the event.

Electricity provided
Weekend Fees:
$100/ weekend

We are looking for vendors who offer products that help create a unique and festive Christkindlmarkt experience. Ideal products include:

Vendor Restrictions:
To preserve the character and quality of the Beardstown Christkindlmarkt, we do not accept applications from vendors offering:

Direct sales or multi-level marketing products

Wholesale or distributor-based merchandise
-
Mass-produced products
-
Items displaying hateful or divisive messages
Our goal is to create a welcoming, festive market featuring unique products that reflect the spirit of a traditional Christmas market.
Additional Information:
Vendor applications must be submitted, along with required photos and a product description, by April 30.
The Beardstown Christkindlmarkt is a juried market, and submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be reviewed to ensure a balanced mix of vendors and products that reflect the spirit of a traditional Christmas market.
To maintain variety throughout the market, duplicate product categories may be limited.
Vendors will be notified of their assigned weekends by May 20. Weekend assignments will be determined based on vendor availability, product category, and the total number of applications received in order to create a balanced market each weekend.
Payment must be received by May 27 to confirm and secure your chalet reservation. Reservations not paid by this deadline may be offered to vendors on the waitlist.
